How Can You Legally Get Rid Of A Member Of Staff Who Has Become Difficult To Work With?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

You would have to give a list of date and time and what problem you had with the employee as well and when you discussed the problem with the employee, what you discussed to correct the problem and was it or was it not corrected by the employee.  Without a log showing something like that you would not have a leg to stand on when you let the employee go.  You know the then x-employee will file unemployment and without it showing due cause and reason you would not be able to stop the x-employee from collecting unemployment from your company.
