If i had to guess i would say the wire connectors are expanding or contracting do to the heat causing the wires to make contact. That is if i was guessing the answer..get yourself a current checker/probe to see if any breaks in the wires are between the front to the back of the car...depending on how the wiring is routed to the back speakers it could be the carpet or plastic trim shifting from the heat and cold causing the wires to short or make a intermittent connection.
