I Am 5 Months Into A 12month Lease. Can My Landlord Sell The Property And Terminate My Lease?

I signed the Lease Feb. 11th and was told July 10th to vacate the property by Sept. 1st becuase it had been sold. The only stipulation for termination in the lease is if I am "delinquent by more than 2 months". I am currently up to date and have only been late twice. The first time was 1 week late (my fault), and the 2nd was 3 days(landlord was on vacation). Except for those 2 instances, I have paid early(3days-1week)every time. Is there anything I can do?

Not unless he has a clause to that effect in your lease.  The new owner can offer to buy you out but they can't break the contract unless it was written that way.  Read your contract carefully and if there is no provision for this then tell the new owner that if he wants you out he's going to have to pay for a moving company  to move you and it's going to cost him the entire deposit + $1000 or so for the inconvenience.

No,but the new owner doesn't have to renew it or give you time to move off the property when your lease expires.
