What Is A General Durable Power Of Attorney?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

It gives someone the right to act on your behalf and make decision for you, enter into agreements and settlements. Collect money you may be owed. It really depends on what the power of attorney states as being bestowed upon the person that it is given to on your behalf.
