Can A Vehicle Be Repossessed By A Bank If They Are Not Listed As The Lien Holder On The Title?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

If you have a clear title to a vehicle that does not show any liens, and you have not used this vehicle as collateral for any personal loans, then they have no rights to the vehicle and as such, are not able to repo your vehicle legally. You might also check to see if they have a title that is newer than the one you have that someone might have used to secure a loan without your knowledge.
