    Brighton has been a part of many fascinating and famous novels. Some of them includes, Pride and Prejudice and Mansfield Park that is written by Jane Austen. Sugar rush by Julie Burchill, also features Brighton. Orthodoxy, by G.K Chesterton features an English explorer who happened to miscalculate his way, as he wanted to set up the British flag on the barbaric temple.

    This temple has been featured at the Pavilion at Brighton. Evelina by France Burney also talks about Brighton. Few others that include Brighton are dirty weekend by Helen Zahavi, Brighton rock by Graham Greene, hang over by Patrick Hamilton, the golden bowl by Henry James, Break Fast in Brighton by Nigel Richardson, the "Confessions of Georgia Nicholson" by Louise Rennison. These are few of the many novels that have been set in Brighton
