If The Volume Of A Sphere Is 500 Pi/3 M3, What Is The Diameter Of The Sphere?

Answer Question

    The formula for the volume of a sphere is:
    V=4/3 *pi*r3
    In the question we are given that:
    V=500*pi /3
    We know that;
    Pi=3.14
    So plugging in the information available in the formula above:
    500*3.14/3=4/3 *3.14*r3
    Multiplying:
    1570/3=12.56/3*r3
    Dividing:
    523.33=4.18*r3
    So:
    r3=523.33/4.18
    Hence:
    r3=125.199
    Therefore the radius would be:
    r=5.002
    As radius is twice the diameter the diameter would be:
    2r
    2(5.002)
    =10.004
    Hence the diameter is 10.004
