When Does The Moon Peak?

I was told to do something on the day of a new moon before it peaked. I have no idea when the noon peaks. I could not find any answer by searching the web.

    Moon peak means the 14th night of the moon. It is because at the 14th night of moon the moon is on its peak. So it is 14th of each Month of Moon. You can see Islamic Calendar for a better understanding because it is a lunar calendar.
