What Do Employer's Look For In An Employee?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

In an employee, the employers look for trust, loyalty and commitment towards their company. Depending upon the job requirements the employers look for the educational qualification of the candidate. They look for his experience, whether or not he has done the same work in some other company. At the time of the interview the employers look for a person who is very confident about what he says and can easily handle the task at hand. Communication skills are a must in every company, so the employer also looks out for the communication skill of that individual candidate. They also see if the person is going to stick with the company for a long time and is ready to put in his or her 100 per cent in to the job that they are being offered.

Don't forget: they look for how you define your weakness...just say it in positive terms.
