If you are wanting to make herb butter with fresh incredients then this would be the best way. you will need. fresh thickened cream, fresh herbs, your choice, chives parsley, basil, oregano etc
method.
1 beat the cream until it turns to butter, add a pinch of salt for taste.
2 add finely chopped herbs and walah you have herb butter made from scratch.
Now if you wanted to do it a quick way go to the supermarket and buy a tub of butter or margarine and some fresh herbs, or dry herbs. ( fresh tastes nicer)
