Hidradenitis Suppurativa is a particularly annoying, chroming disease and its symptoms usually include painful, inflamed lesions on the groin and in other parts of the body which contain apocrine glands. It is not uncommon for sufferers to experience other problems including acne, chronic scalp folliculate and pilonidal cysts. Generally the condition is extremely painful and it can be disabling.

Another symptom of the condition could be in-growing hair and it is thought that those with tight, curly hair could be more likely to develop the condition. Females also tend to get the condition more often than men do and it tends to affect women who have shorter cycles or more bleeding during their cycles. It is thought that the condition only affects you after puberty and from then on it could target you at any age. Overall the condition is painful and it can be disabling so if you do think you have it, it is better to get a proper diagnosis from your doctor.
