My Toilet Bowl Will Not Fill Up All Of The Way When Flushed. I Seems To Be Draining Ok, Unless It Is Really Full When Flushed. The Water Pressure In The Rest Of The House Seems Fine.What's The Problem?

I am concerned that something bad may be wrong. I don't want to pay the excessive pluming costs for weekend plumbers.

Put the little tube that goes in the overflow back in the overflow tube it fills the bowl after you flush
