Which One Pays More After Graduation With Little Risk Of Unemployment. Aerospace Engineering From Embry-riddle Or Electrical Engineering From Another Well Known University?

I think it depends from country to country and also on the demand of specific engineering. At this point in time i think electrical engineering has a lot of scope and is growing. The other one is not bad either but you need to expand your opportunities. Therefore i would recommend you for electrical engineering.
