Can My Landlord Change Their Address And Phone Number Without Telling Me?

My landlord wanted 45 days advance notice that I was leaving the rented home. My landlord moved and changed all of their phone numbers without notifying me. I now have their new number and address and it is 30 days until my lease is ending. Do they have the right to charge me another months rent because the notice wasn't 45 days in advance?

No your landlord does not have any right to charge you another month's rent as he didn't notify you about his address. If he demands you then you have right not to pay him. You have every legal right to argue with him.

IT WOULD HAVE BEHOOVED YOU TO ATTEMPT TO SEND HIM NOTICE AT HIS LAST KNOWN ADDRESS THEN YOU WOULD HAVE HAD PROOF WHEN IT CAME BACK TO YOU AS UNDELIVERABLE.
