War in today's world is the weapon of last Resort for projection and protection of a Nation's Interests. On the other hand diplomacy is the weapon of first choice. At the same time it must be realized that Diplomacy and War are highly complementary and often supplement each other. So in a way, diplomacy is the key in today's environment.
