What's The Role Of Customer Support Executive?

Answers
There are two types of Customer Support Executives. One who work as an outbound executives and one as inbound executives.
Outbound executives make outgoing calls to customer to see some product and give their information.
Inbound executives answer incoming calls from the customers to give the solution of the problem.
