BMR for Men=66+(13.7 X wt in kg)+(5 X ht in cm)-(6.8X age in years)
BMR for women =655+(9.6 X wt in kg)+(1.8 X ht in cm)-(4.7 X age in years).
Now multiply your BMR with activity multiplier.
Sedentary = BMR X 1.2, Lightly active = BMR X 1.375,
Moderate Active = BMR X 1.55, Very active = BMR X 1.725, Extraordinary active = BMR X 1.9.
In this way you can calculate your daily calories requirements. If you want to reduce or increase weight then put your desired weight in the weight space of the BMR formula.

Hi, losing way should have patience and courage but the main is not eating a lot on the day-time, you should eat the vegetables instead of the meat that you only can eat is chicken. And do some sports too. Anyway the health is important ,if you don't know how to do then going to see a doctor for he will give you some ideas.

Well...the absolute quickest way to lose weight is simple, cut off a leg or arm! But of course that's not recommended...another is drugs....that is as stupid as the leg and arm thing... Wanna cut through it all....the truth is ....there is none! None that is good for you anyway! The advise I would give is ...take it off slowly by watching your food intake....spread out your meals.... And most of all activity....any physical activity will help you big time! Remember it took awhile to gain weight....it'll take just as long to lose it....especially if you wanna keep it off! Exercise and eat better....simple but so hard to do...I know! GOOD lUCK

Count calories, eat health, exercise daily. A person only needs 1000 calories to live, keep it around there until you reach your goal weight and take vitamin's daily. I lost 150lbs in six month's that way and keep it of by changing my eating habits. The only reason people Regain there weight is because the go back to there old way of eating due to lack of will power.

Just use caution. Loosing weight fast is bad for your body but it also slows down your metabolism extremely. With that fact you are more likely to regain the wight and then some more by fasting or any other type of rapid weight loss

I do not know how fast you want ot lose weight. But don't go eating slim pills. Do exercise and have a balanced meal. By doing this plan, you would most likely lose weight in 2 months.
