I would agree with unix4k. If you think you are ready, then go for it. It may be that the only reason he has not is due to his shyness but would like to. If he has not been there before, then he will catch on very quickly and maybe even take it on to another level, that is, if your willing so be ready for that or to let him know the boundries.
