Can The Habit Of Drinking Coffee Cut The Risk Of Gout?

    According to one research by Canadian researchers the drinking of Coffee is good for Gout. Here question is "what is Gout". It describes the disease where the patient is suffering from painful joint disorder. The reason behind this is build-up of uric acid in blood. This disease is common in men. According to research around six million people are effecting by this disease.

    They have taken data from united state health and nutrition survey between 1988 and 1994. The study is based on 50000 men aged 40 to 75 with no history . After analysing the data for more than twelve years it is found that the men who is drinking more coffee is not facing problem of Gout. Men who also drank decaffeinated coffee also benefited. But there is no effect of Tea.  Uric acid is the compound that causes Gout. The finding have also mentioned that due to strong antioxidant there is low level of uric acid.
