How Can I Punish My 2 Yr. Old Without Hitting And Yelling?
I have a 2 yr. Old son. His name is Tyler and I have a problems with him. First one is, he copies his dads bad mouth, hope you get what I mean. I don't know how to punish him, his doctor told me to try soap ( as it doesn't harm him if only given enough to taste how bad it is). I have tried this and he likes it. Second on is, he is into throwing things especially at other people. I have an older child and didn't have these probelms with her.

Whenever he copies bad words from his father, you should on the spot grab him by the wrist, get down at their level and say no. Other punishments are Time out for 30 minutes or take a favourite toy away. OR you can take something which they enjoy. Then you make them earn it back with the right behavior. Don't be scared to raise your voice a little, children need to know who's the boss!!!!

Ask your husband to mind is lingo around the kids as well . Tie his hands lightly around his back and tell him you'll keep him like that if he doesn't stop throwing items at people.
