    I Work Out Every Day. I Have Noticed That My Hair Has Become Very Dry And Lacks Body. Is This Down To My Work Outs Or Could It Be Something Else - Like Frequent Changing Of Shampoo?

    It might be that you don't drink enough water while you're working out - it happens all the time. Try more water and see if that helps; good luck.
