It depends on how close you are in your relationship really.
It you are a loving and supportive person you'll probably buy something anyway.
One suggestion is to not go overboard and buy a small token gift instead of something expensive. This might just surprise your partner as she'll probably have taken it for granted that you'll splash out on her.
You need to be able to talk about this and tell her that you feel very taken for granted, she may not reakise she's doing it to you. Communication is very important as without real communication, relationships can break down.
Every relationship depends on the actions of two partners and your partner should be aware of how you feel before it spoils your relationship. So I suggest a small gift or just a card and have a real talk together about how you feel.

Unfortunately when people get comfortable in a relationship they tend to take the other person for granted. It's not deliberate, or meant in a hurtful way, it's just one of those things that happens in a long term relationship.

If you don't get her a gift it may look like you are taking her for granted.

Get her a gift, also tell her how you are feeling, she may be unaware of how the way she is treating you is affecting you, if after doing both these things, she still takes you for granted perhaps its time you moved on.
