So Here's My Burning Question..... HOW In The World Can You Have Bread With NO Fiber?

I've gotten on a bit of a health kick over the years and I did some reading up on fiber and for anything to be a "real" source of fiber it has to have more than 3 grams, otherwise it's an empty carb that turns into pure sugar. Bread, imo, is THE biggest offender. You'd think it would have fiber, adequate fiber, but MOST even the so-called WHOLE GRAINS have less than 1 gram of fiber and I really really really want to know how you can make bread with no blasted fiber.

Tell me about it! For a loaf of bread with 4 grams of fiber I'm having to pay $2.50. It's driving me absolutely up the wall trying to find affordable healthy foods on a very tight budget.

It's called man made preprocessed food.. It means they have processed out all the natural food value if it had any to begin with...and they wonder why medical problems plague all of the American kids(people) today...
