    Mount Everest is considered as the highest mountain on Earth. It is in the Himalaya range in Asia. It is located at the border of Sagarmatha Zone, Nepal and Tibet, China.

    It is 8,848 meters or 29,029 feet above sea level. This makes it the highest peak in the world. It was first ascended by Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay on 29th May 1953.
