Is It Insubordination When The Boss Is Instructing An Employee And They Smack Their Lips And Wave Their Hand In The Air And Yell OK And Walk Away While The Boss Is Still Talking?
 In my opinion it is insubordination. However, a lot depend upon the companies policies and authorities. The act is punishable according to the policies and procedures of the company. The boss if has authority can ask the written explanation, failing to answer, the employee can be fired. |
