Has It Affected His Fertility?
When my fiance was 14 he had an operation. One of his testicles had made its way up to his pelvis area so he had an operation to move it back to where it was meant to be. We have been trying for a baby for 3 months which I know isn't a great amount of time but I'm worried that the operation has affected his fertility.

It may not have likely affected his fertility, many people who get one of the testicles removed due to various medical reasons remain fertile. However, only a sperm count test can reveal how fertile he is. Also, the problem can`t just be him, you both need to go for a checkup.

The only person who can ease your worries about this would be your Dr. I would ask his Dr. After explaining to him what you just asked here, and he will know what kind of tests to run to give you a full answer.
