It is found in the Bible. The book of Matthew, chapter 25, verse 45.

Jesus is talking to his apostales, on the Mount of Olives, about his return to the earth two days before the last supper.  He's telling them that when they do kind things for all who are in need, it is looked upon just as if you were doing it for Jesus.

I can't remember, but the words are very familiar, was it where Moses was freeing the people?

Jesus was big on LOVE, and Charity. He made us all responsible for our sisters and brothers here. If a person is in need, and comes to you for help, and you have means to help and deny it. Then He is saying that when you deny help to someone in need, you have denied it to Him, because the Spirit of God resides in His Children!
