Are Deadbeat Moms Held To The Same Accountability As Deadbeat Dads?

My husband's ex girlfriend will not pay child support for their daughter. He holds primary physical placement of their daughter.

I think yes! because the completely exhausted mons from one side held the same accountability as the deadbeat dad.

Yes it should be that way with both if he has custody then she should pay child support.
