Heroin, even black tar heroin, stays in the system 3days on average. If you are a daily user, it can take up to 7 days to fully clear your system. Nothing can speed it up.. Just have to wait.

If you drink two gallons of water and a whole bottle of ocean-spray 100% cranberry juice it is out in 2 days i do it all the time
