Believe it or not...first thing is to stay away from thiings like hair-spray...it will make your hair brittle and break off...stay away from hair-dressing products. My brother is an awsome hair-stylest, he is the only one i let touch my hair, which is down to my butt...do-not perm or use those crazy hair colors that seem to be in-style...trim off about 1/4 inch of hair each month. use a good shampoo(i alternate between regular dove and thermasilk ) and cream-rinse...i always brush my hair gently for a couple of minutes before showering then rub the cream-rinse through well and brush it in the shower then rinse. i have virtually no split ends and my hair is baby-fine. then once evry couple of months i put johnson & johnson creamy baby lotion in it over night. my hair is silky soft and i can use a comb on it not just a brush.

What if your hair is thin?
Put lime extract oil in your shampoo or conditioner, you can just get it at any kind of health food store usually. And just keep using it on the daily, you'll have major results, at least i did, I love it.

Have you ever heard of "Maine 'n Tail"? It's a shampoo for horses, but it also is made for human use. Try it, it worked for me. Hope this helps, good luck.
