My Tv Is Out Of Focus At Top Of Screen?
When i turn my samsung 43 inch tv on picture at top is out of focus with a green line and shadows on pitures what is wrong with it

This type of problem is mainly due to problems in ic and hence the tv loses its focus and color patterns.You will need to check your tv ic and preferably get it replaced.
