Can Biodiesel Be Used In All Vehicles?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

As a matter of fact, biodiesel does not have as universal of utilities as standard diesel does.  Biodiesel, having the nature of a processed fuel as it goes through the entire methodology of modification, could be consumed in diesel-engine vehicles that are unmodified.  Many vehicle manufacturers are downright chary of making their vehicles viable for biodiesel.. In other words, biodiesel is a type of fuel that can be consumed in any and every diesel engine with a modicum of or no modifications. Using pure biodiesel or any blend above 20 percent is not a very favourable option and is not very highly recommended as most of the engine manufacturers do not warranty engines that incorporate higher percentages of biodiesel.  For making the nature of biodiesel universal, some states are planning to promulgate the regulation of using biodiesel in all proportions for it to be used for every single kind of vehicle.
