 Surname Coth An Old Family Name, Where Does It Come From And What Does It Mean?
This name, I am told is very old. It is apparently quite rare. I have spent numerous hours attempting to ascertain its origins and meaning.

 I wonder if it could be a version of Cothey? This is a Cornish name meaning "old place" or "grow old" - I found the information here.
