The book Utopia is written by the author named Lincoln Child. He is quite famous for his book, relic, which he wrote along with the author Douglas Preston.

Lincoln Child has written several books along with Preston, however the book Utopia is the first book of the author without any contributions from any one else. Yes, this book is the author's first solo novel.

The author only writes books which come under the genre of fiction but are still quite realistic. His earlier books are related to American history; however this book takes you to the future, with a world which is technologically far ahead. This book is quite futuristic in its approach and it is still believable.

This book was published in the year 2004 and is still available in all the markets and book stores. Try out your library too, they should definitely have one copy in stored.
