textUnless you want your puppy to die you need to take her to a vet IMMEDIATELY. Don't pick her up with your hands. Gently push a towel or blanket under her and scoot her onto a flat board. Cover her up with the other ends and put her in the back seat of your car still on the board. Take her immediately to a shelter where they will most likely give your dog medical attention for little to nothing or completely free of charge. You shouldn't have a dog unless you can afford a vet visit. From now on, you need to have a certain amount of money (at least 500 dollars) put away for an emergency...kinda like THIS.

 I agree this sounds like an emergency. You need to get medical attention as soon as possible (worry about the bill after). Sick puppies can go downhill really quickly, so don't waste time.
