REGARDLESS OF THE SIZE OF YOUR BREASTS , A WOMAN'S WAIST IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE NO MORE THAN 35" AROUND. SO MEASURE YOUR WAIST AND CALCULATE YOUR BMI (BODY MASS INDEX) WHICH IS HOW MUCH FAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR BODY. FOR A WOMAN IT'S SUPPOSE TO BE   BETWEEN 18 AND 24 DEPENDING ON HEIGHT AND WEIGHT. YOU CAN GO ON THE INTERNET AND TYPE IN GOREDFORWOMEN.COM. IT'S THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOC. FOR WOMEN. THEY WILL CALCULATE YOU BMI ANS YOU CAN FIN OUT WHAT YOU SHOULD.

You are not going to find a proper chart because they are all based on an average.  You are not average shape wise.  It is important as Im sure you have heard a million times to eat correctly and exercise but seeing a dietician can be very helpful.  A dietician can help you make healthy choices in food and exercise based on you and not the average.  AND dieticians are more detailed in this area than an MD.  Hope this helps.
