She may be just be backed up from the hair, she may cough up a hairball and stuff should return to normal, or if you get a special kind of cat food it'll help her break down the hairballs.
If she is urinating outside the litter box get her to a Vet to see if she has FUS (Feline Urinary Syndrome) which is a blockage that makes urinating painful. What cats do when this happens is to look for something soft to pee on. If this is so, don't wait. One of my cats ended up with a total blockage and hours away from a painful death by the time I got him to the Vet. They put a catheter in him and put him on meds.
