My room mate and I signed a lease agreement for a year been there 2 months and she walked out leaving me with all the bills what can I do

Revise the rights that you have in as far as the Lease link is concerned and see if there is anything in the statutes that can bind your Ex- room mate to comply and pay half of those bills although she walked off you. You may not know what accrues to you until you have carefully gone through the rights and privileges of the lease that you signed. Good luck.

If she hasn't payed she is also at fault when u leave she is responsible for half the bills and u can take her to small claims court and sue her for breaking the lease and half the bills for walking out.
