No Place Like Home is the title of a thriller novel by Mary Higgins Clark. It was released in the month of April in the year 2005 and published by Simon and Schuster.

The story opens with a ten-year-old girl named Liza Barton's accidental killing of her mother and shooting of her stepfather Ted. She is acquitted of the crime. She is later adopted by some distant relatives.

Twenty-four years later, Liza, determined to bury her past, changes her name to Celia Foster and marries Alex Nolan. At the time of her marriage to Alex, she is already a widow, having lost her first husband, Larry (the father of her four-year-old son Jack). The plot thickens when Alex (unaware of her past) presents her the keys of her parents' home in Mendham on her birthday.
