Where Is England?

The country of England is situated in north-west Europe. It is bordered by Scotland to its north and by Wales on it's the west. It is also bordered by the Irish Sea, North Sea, Atlantic Ocean, as well as the English Channel.

England is not only the largest but also the most densely inhabited constituent nation of the United Kingdom (known as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. London is not just the capital of England, but also of the United Kingdom. It is regarded as among the world's Global Cities and is the biggest city in the British Isles.

The origins of the English language as well as the Church of England can be traced back to England. It was the origin of the Industrial Revolution.
