How Do You Check A Relay Fuse To See If It Works?

I'm trying to determine if my fuel pump is working on a 96 cavalier. (without taking it off) i have a relay fuse for the pump and one for ac , neither works and i'm wondering if it could be the relay as they are same for pump and ac.

I am almost certain that there would be two relays for those two functions, since they both draw so much current.
In order to determine if the relays are bad, you would have to make sure that there is voltage to and from the relay switch.
If you have voltage to and not from, then the switch is probably bad.
If no have no voltage to, then the problem could be the switch that provides power to the A/C and to the fuel pump.
