My husband and I eat gluten free due to my allergy. We eat mostly rice and potatoes as starchy sides instead of bread or pasta. We also eat a lot of meat and fresh produce. Beware of things with soy sauce (includes wheat), pre-made soups and sauces. These are usually thickened with wheat. If you are near a natural grocery store like Whole Foods, they have many gluten-free pastas, pizza, and other pre-made meals. There are also many gluten-free cookbooks you can find by doing a google search.
