If your dog usually comes to you when you call it just place him in a certain room of the house far away from you and call for him. Have someone follow the dog to see if he seems to be having trouble getting around objects, turning corners, ect. When you call to the dog fill your voice with excitement, which usually will have a non-blind dog running with eagerness to meet its owner..or just take him to the vet

You take it to the vet to be sure and to check it isn't another problem or another underlying problem that is causing it. If you're dog is suddenly blind there is probably a cause and they me be in pain and need treatment to help or stop whatever is going on or at least make them more comfortable. There are diseases, illnesses, and problems like hydrocephalus (water on the brain) which could make your dog blind or seem blind.
