Your friend is in the wrong, and you should not let him go because she likes him. She should be willing to keep to herself because she cares about your and her relationship. I think that if you were to give him up, and she dated him, she would get the idea down the road that it would be o.k. To take any guy that she wants from you, and that definitely is wrong.
