Who Is Scott Wiseman?

    Scott Wiseman is an English professional footballer originally from Sutton-on-Hull. He was born in Hull on 13 December 1985. He is currently playing for Rotherham United on loan from his hometown club, Hull City. His preferred position is right- back.

    Wiseman has been involved at Hull City since an early age in the club's youth set up. In the 2003/4 season, he made his senior debut under manager Peter Taylor playing in a 1-1 draw with Kidderminster Harriers. In the next season, he only made a total of four appearances for the Tigers and went on loan to Boston United for a brief spell. In the 2005/6 season, he made a number of appearances both from starting and from off the substitutes bench. Wiseman joined Rotherham United on loan at the beginning of 2006/7 season. He scored his first senior goal on 23 September 2006 against Leyton Orient. He has also represented his country at under 20 level in the Toulon Tournament, an England team which was also managed by Peter Taylor.
