First of all correction for you, you are misspelling both hormones. There are many women in the world who have not experienced any menopausal symptoms like insomnia, depression, hot flushes, senile vaginitis, dyspronia etc. The reasons might be the fact that a certain amount of estrogen is produced by the adrenal cortex. The adrenal cortex also produces dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), this is converted in to androstenedione which in turn converted in to androgens and estrogens. The DHEA is also produced by adipose tissues. So this might be the reason but there are many ladies which are obese but they have symptoms of menopause.
