Without The Car Industry Would There Have Been The American Boom In 1920?

There are 5 main reasons why there was an American boom in 1920's but would any of it have happened if the car industry wasn't invented?

    Yes, you are right that one of the major reasons was the automobile industry. Basically, a country can get the largest boom in its economy because of the consumer goods, automobile sector and also medical services. Mobile boom was the main reason and without it, there would be less chances of boom in America.
