      I know hebre and its Mazel Tov! Pronounced
      (mo-zul-tov) or (ma-zol-tov)

        I don't understand why seemingly Hebrew speaking users say Mozel or Mazol.
        If you want to say it, it goes Mazal Tov, emphasis the Zal.

        Besides, I use Kol HaKavod. Emphasis on Vod.
        Kol = All, Ha=The, Kavod=Respect.
        Not a literary translation, but to me it bears the meaning of congratulations.
