After A Bout Of The Flu, My Left Ear Plugged Up. After Seeing Four ENT Doctors, They Seem To Think My "Eustachian Tube" Is Plugged Up. This Is Very Frustrating But They Say That It’s Just A Matter Of Time Before It Unplugs Itself. Could You Please Share Your Views And Possible Remedies?

You may want to try warm olive oil into the ear to soften up wax and gentle suction using a syringe. Your ear nose and throat are connected, so during flu it can cause a build up of wax. This will settle through time. There are other preparations which you can ask about in your local chemist. Don't worry.

Go to your local health & nutrition centre and ask for "ear candles".
They are long (approximately 10") cones made of muslin & bees wax & come with instructions. But, basically you light the large end on fire & when smoke starts to come out the bottom you insert it into your ear just far enough to create a seal (must be assisted by another for your own safety) and you let the candle burn down to about 3". While its burning you'll be hearing all kinds of crackling, slurping & popping noises. This is the warm smoke actually drawing all the years of build up from inside your ear canal. Once you've reached the 3" limit and you've put out the flame (by dipping in water) cut open the small end of the candle (that had been in your ear) and you will be totally shocked at how much nasty stuff has just been sucked out of your head, but boy does it feel great the next morning.
