    URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator and i the global  address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web.
    URL specifies where an identified resource is available and the mechanism for retrieving it. URLs are typed into a Web browser to access Web pages and files, and URLs are embedded within the pages themselves as hypertext links.The URL(Or most commonly known as Web Address) contains following information:
    Protocol prefix,
    Port number(
    If port number is not stated in the address, port 80 is used as the default for HTTP traffic),
    Domain name,
    Subdirectory names and file name.
